Step 1: Download all required documents – each candidate must read the VEYM Youth Leader’s Code of Conduct booklet before signing the agreement. 

To expedite the processing timeline, please double check the following: 

• SIGNATURES – All documents have the required signatures. Printed or typed names will not be accepted. Tr. Steven will obtain signatures from Tr. Ton (LDT) and Cha Phuong (Cha TU LDNS) on your behalf.
• VIETNAMESE SPELLING – Full names (saint, last, middle, first) of candidates provided in the excel spreadsheet must have the correct spelling with Vietnamese accents. Certificates will be printed exactly shown on the excel spreadsheet. 
• PHOTOS – Provide a photo of each candidate in full uniform (TNTT shirt & scarf) from the waist up in the excel spreadsheet. No whistles or award ribbons.

Step 2: Once documents are completed, fill request below and upload all completed documents. 
Step 3: Tr. Steven (LDPNH) will contact you once the request is approved. 
Please note Cấp 3 and HLV require additional processing times. 
Step 4: Tr. Christina (LDTQ) will contact you about promotion package and payment.
